CHARLY promptly showed up and gave me a quote to spray foam the underside of my roof. He sent an email with a quote 5 minutes after leaving my house. After accepting the emailed quote, I received a phone call with a next week appointment. Charly and his crew showed up on time and removed the fiberglass insulation from the attic and sealed all the soffit from the inside. On day two another crew showed up and on time and sprayed the open cell foam. It took them from 8am. To 5pm. To complete. We spent the night on a hotel for the fumes to dissipate. The following day we arrived early to Our house. There was a slight smell that cleared up after a couple of hours. The instructions were to turn the AC off , the day they were spraying, so the house was 90 degrees (The foam is sprayed at 140 degrees). I turned on the AC and To my surprise the house went from 90 degrees and 90 percent humidity , to 74 degrees and 52% humidity in only four hours. The AC shut off and I noticed it stayed off for a couple of hours, before my ac was running non-stop and was not able to get below 76 on the hottest days. Today my house got to 70 degrees quick. The following night we noticed the walk in closets felt a little hot, compared to the rest of the house. A quick phone call to their phone number and “Robert” said he would call me back in 5minutes and give me an appointment. CHARLY showed up early the following day and fixed an issue with an AC duct, all good. I wanted to take the time to give CHARLY, his crew and family a big THANK YOU! I rarely write reviews but His work and ethics deserve it. You will not be disappointed.
